Refund & Return Policy

At Ivomora, your satisfaction (and your pet’s happiness!) is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, socks or fabric items that show signs of wear or pet hair cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at service@ivomora.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization and the return instructions.

  3. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our office without prior authorization.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Ivomora will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no extra charge.

  • Personal Reasons: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, sizing issues (where measurements were provided), or personal preference, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
