Silicone scar care
TRILUMIA® Silicone Scar Roll
The cut-to-fit silicone sheet for raised surgical scars. Measure, cut, wear.
- Helps raised scars look softer, flatter and less red with daily wear
- Cut any length on the 1 cm grid: one roll covers scars others can't
- Stays on curves and stays clear under clothes, up to 12 h a day
For closed, fully healed scars only. Patch-test sensitive skin first.
The surgery is over. The scar didn't get the memo.
Most surgical scars settle on their own. Some don't. They stay raised, red or tight for months, and every mirror is a reminder.
01
Raised and firm
A ridge you can feel through your clothes, months after the stitches came out.
02
Red or dark
A line that still looks new long after the rest of you has healed.
03
Tight and itchy
Pulls when you stretch, catches on a waistband, itches at night.
How it works
Silicone does one thing well: it keeps a scar hydrated.
Silicone sheeting is one of the most widely recommended first-line options for raised scars in international scar-management guidelines. TRILUMIA puts it on a roll, so it fits any scar.
- CoversA thin, breathable silicone layer sits flat over the scar and stays there.
- Holds moisture inIt slows water loss from the scar's surface, so the skin stays hydrated for hours.
- Softens over timeWith daily wear, raised scars tend to look and feel softer, flatter and less red.
What it won't do: erase a scar, or work on open wounds. Results vary with scar age and type, and need consistent daily use for 8–12 weeks.

Why a roll, not a box of strips
Scars don't come in standard sizes. A roll means every piece fits the scar you actually have.

- Wear it every dayStart with a few hours and build up to 12. Each piece is single-use.
Get used to wearing it. Build up your daily hours.
Many people notice the scar feels softer and looks flatter.
Keep going. Older and thicker scars take longer.
Made for the scars surgery leaves
- The wound is still open, weeping, scabbed or has stitches in it

Questions, answered
When can I start using it?
Only once the incision is fully closed and healed: no stitches, scabs, weeping or signs of infection. For most people that's a few weeks after surgery. If you're unsure, check with your surgeon first.
Which scars is it for?
Closed, raised surgical scars: C-section, tummy tuck, breast, thyroid, knee, arm and other long or curved scars. Because you cut it yourself, it works on shapes pre-cut strips don't fit.
Will it work on an old scar?
Yes, as long as the skin is fully closed. Older scars usually need longer, more consistent daily use before you see a change.
When will I notice a difference?
Many people notice the scar feels softer after 4–8 weeks of daily wear, with continued change over 12 weeks and beyond. It won't erase a scar, and results vary.
How long does one roll last?
Each roll is 3 m (300 cm), and each piece is worn once. Measure your piece, including about 1 cm extra on each side, and divide 300 by that length: that's roughly how many days one roll lasts with one fresh piece a day.
Can I shower or exercise with it on?
It's water-resistant. For showers or heavy sweat, pat it dry afterwards, and replace the piece if the edges start to lift.
I have sensitive skin. Is it OK?
It's designed to be gentle, but test a small piece for a few hours first. Stop using it if you notice redness, a rash or irritation.
What if it doesn't work for me?
You're covered by our 180-day money-back guarantee. Email us and a real person will reply. Full details are in our refund policy.
